As you consider what might be right for you, please note that I am a chartered psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland. This means it may be possible for you to claim money back on sessions if you have private health insurance.
I have had the privilege to therapeutically support others for over seven years.
During this time, I have been honoured to see my clients grow into themselves through self-compassion, introspection, mindfulness, and the use of evidence-based psychological techniques. I am so grateful for each one of my connections with my therapy clients and believe deeply in the transformative nature of the therapeutic relationship.
I am an Integrative Psychologist and offer a bespoke service to each of my clients, drawing from the following therapeutic modalities:
Person Centred Humanistic Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Areas of Interest and Specialism:
Parenting, Motherhood, Infertility, LGBTQ+ experiences, Disordered Eating, Loss, Panic Attacks, Anxiety, Burnout, Depression, Relationships, Shame, Abuse, and many more.
Individual sessions are priced at €125, are 50 minutes in duration, and are online.
Ongoing therapy isn’t right for everyone. If you’re processing a significant event and are looking for practical, single-session support, I offer 90-minute one-off consultations.
During these consultations, I create a safe space for you to gently process what you have been experiencing. I assist you in making sense of and understanding the difficulty you are coming to speak about, offer scientifically proven strategies and techniques that will lower any distress you may be experiencing, and I help you to form a plan for moving forward, including linking you with relevant resources.
90 minute consultations are online and priced at €170.
I have advanced training in the Gottman Method, one of the gold-standard therapeutic models of supporting couples. This is an evidence-based way for you to help make sense of each other, your relationship, and develop practical, evidence-based skills to increase your connection and communication. My goal is to help your relationship be as meaningful, connected, and loving as possible, and I am so proud of the couples work I get to do.
I particularly enjoy working with couples adjusting to parenthood, with LGBTQ+ relationships, and with neurodiverse relationships.
Couples therapy sessions are online, 90 minutes, and priced at €170.
For some, ongoing couples therapy isn’t practical or possible. If you still want to have a deeper understanding of your relationship, I offer assessments.
If you choose to pursue a relationship assessment, we will have three sessions (online), an optional written assessment, and I will provide you with a written report, including advice, resources, and key areas for you to work on as a couple.
The cost for this package is €575. If you would like to complete the written assessment and gain insight from it, as well, it is offered online by the Gottman Institute and is priced currently at USD 39.
I am passionate about supporting parents and your wellbeing. While the majority of my work specifically focusses on adult mental health and wellbeing, I understand there are times when you need advice from a professional to best support your child; sometimes supporting our children is the best way to support our own mental wellbeing.
If this sounds like you, I offer 30-minute advice clinic sessions to help. This is a safe, therapeutic space where you as a parent can explore the problem you and your child are having, how it is impacting you, and what practical steps you might take next.
These sessions are offered virtually and are priced at €70.
